ATLANTIC OCEAN – Coast Guard crewmembers from Coast Guard Station Oregon Inlet in North Carolina aboard a 47-foot Motor Life Boat prepare to tow the 49-foot sailing vessel Devil Slander after flooding damaged the sailing vessel’s electrical system, which kept the engine from starting and prevented the use of the electronic auto-furl sails.
