The bow of the Navy vessel Bunker Hill towers over Coast Guard Cutter Steadfast during the annual Seafair Fleet arrival in Elliot Bay. The 210-foot Coast Guard cutter is homeported in Astoria, Oregon. The Steadfast, along with several Navy and Royal Canadian Navy ships invited the public to get underway for the annual Seattle Seafair Fleet Week Parade of Ships.

25-foot Defender-class safe boat from Coast Guard Station Little Creek maintains a security zone around the decommissioned USS John F. Kennedy as she is towed into the Port of Hampton Roads. She will be moored temporarily in Norfolk before being towed to its new permanent home in Philadelphia.

Submitted by the co-pilot of an USCG AUX aircraft on patrol in the Florida Straits. They heard a call of a cutter in a stern chase with a Go-Fast and responded to the position. They orbited the Go-Fast until shore based CG vessels intercepted it.

Wiffle ball was a serious sport for our old crew at the TRACEN Cape May Fire Department. Even in the winter, we'd make time to play. The recycling bin on the chair was our strike zone.
