Coast Guard crews offload a pregnant woman that was suffering from severe dehydration. The helicopter crew airlifted the woman from the mountain city of San Jose De Ocoa, Dominican Republic. The Coast Guard saved three people suffering from severe illnesses in the city of San Jose De Ocoa in one day. The mountain city is cut off form supply lines because of severe mudslides and flooding associated with Tropical Storm Noel. |

Coast Guard aircrews dropped off rations packaged by the Dominican government to villages all across the country. The villagers had been isolated by flood waters caused by Tropical Storm Noel. These rations are the first food some of them had since the storm hit the Caribbean country.
